The Joshua Tree Retreat was the first Reso Retreat. We’re thrilled to take the first step in a life long dream to host retreats, and offer a time of peace and wellness for anyone who find themselves needed to get away and experience a weekend of guided self care. Friday evening through Sunday morning, we spent time connecting, participating in a few health-focused activities, eating nutritious meals, and enjoying a beautiful house right outside Joshua Tree National Park. We' couldn’t be more excited to launch this journey for future retreats.

Menu
We aim to provide food that maintains your current health choices, or provides a first step to a clean eating lifestyle. What we eat affects how we feel, and how we feel affects so many aspects of our lives. All our food is dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free, and vegan options available. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we’ll be glad to accommodate.

breakfast: homemade granola with poached pear, banana, yogurt and nuts

lunch: salad with walnuts, beetroot, feta, quinoa, avo, hummus
side of fruit salad
mid-day: kombucha, rosemary + maple syrup nut mix, homemade chocolate
dinner: cashew alfredo, zucchini noodles, cashew cheese alfredo, mushrooms + roasted tomatoes
desert: coconut milk chocolate mousse
