Join us in Byron Bay for a Retreat this March. This time, we are extending the retreat a little longer since it’s such a stunning destination. We are collaborating with a local chef to prepare our nutritious and delicious food, and a local massage therapist to enhance relaxation. In a society where the mind is often cluttered, emotions are put aside, relationships are rushed, and our bodies and surroundings are taken for granted, we offer a place of rest. Indulge your taste buds in our carefully-crafted, plant-based meals. Stretch the mind as you flow with your body in vinyasa and yin yoga sessions. Build resilience and compassion as you walk through nature’s forest. Express your creativity and let go of the idea of perfectionism in an empowering creative workshop. Whether you are new to the wellness world, or have been in it for years, this retreat is for you.

This session is a curated to stimulate the release of dopamine whilst giving you a stunning handmade gift to walk away with. Studies indicate that creating things with your hands sends neurotransmitters increasing the feel-good hormone. We are about the process over the final product and creativity over perfectionism. This is a safe, restorative, fun and rejuvenating workshop aimed towards boosting your mood and reconnecting you to your playful side.

Cade offers vegan friendly interactive cooking workshops, sharing traditional techniques gathered along his travels and life journey. Following the concept of ‘consciousness > convenience’, you’ll learn to create wholesome & nourishing foods from the ground up. Cade wishes to guide you to minimal waste cooking, using whole ingredients free from packaging.

Landscape Expressions

This workshop connects us to our surroundings through watercolor expression. View the beautiful Byron Bay area with fresh eyes as you learn to replicate the shapes and colors of the earth. The workshop will include a demonstration of technique, and then allotted time for watercolor landscape painting indoors, or outside (plein air).
