Reso Retreat is a few intentional days of realignment for the weary soul. In a culture where the mind is often cluttered, emotions are put aside, relationships are rushed, and our bodies or surroundings are taken for granted, we offer rest. Our retreats travel to various locations with a focus on holistic peace. Breathe deep and become more mentally and emotionally aware. Connect with others with similar longings. I’ve heard and seen the impact that retreats have on the vast majority of people out there, but for some reason never considered what it could do for me personally.
